Oh, uuuhh.. let's see..
Hozuki, Yuki, Shoton, Hyuuga, Senju (I think). May have missed a few nin as well.

Misao is listed as "Genin" in the title of her character page.
Alice Takemori is gone completely
Hyena contract is misspelled in the title.
On the bijuu abilities page, Storm Release is listed as the Five Tails' ability instead of the Six Tails'.
Macha is missing a point in Genjutsu she got from the Sannin update.
