Tret was born in Fang country, which was located somewhere in the Daimyou region... His birth was one to be remember since his village held great hopes for him since a member of the village had a unique ability to sense chakra and read a shinobi's power levels... When Tret was born the member notified the family and the leader of the village about how much the newly born child would be a great shinobi with the power he had and how it would grow... Hearing this, The childs parents were excited and couldn't wait to see how great a worrior there child would be and what he would be able to do for there village...

Kidnapping

When Tret was 1 year old, His parents were goin hopefull of getting there child started in the arts of jutsus and other such techniques... They were told that when he learned to walk that he was to immidiately start his training, but his parents were a little worried that they're child would never have a proper childhood, so they kept hidden that there child had began to start to start walkin at an early age so that he could play with other children... But not soon after the village found out and began his training after a few months...

While his parents were bringing him to one of many of his training sessions with the village masters, they were ambushed and beaten near death by some mysterious person... After his parents recovered they were sking for Tret... After several day's of beggin to see there son, they finally gave them the news that there child had been kidnapped and they had no idea where he was taken...

Fearful

After being kidnapped Tret still had no idea what he was in for, for the rest of his life, he was still only a baby who had only started walking mere months ago... While being with these kidnappers he was beaten, starved, stabbed and then healed again... He couldn't understand why they were doin this to him but what he did know was that this was not the life he was meant to live... After eight years Tret's eyes began to grow cold and empty, there was almost no hope for him anymore to escape... While on one of his schedualled beatings something changed... Tret lost conciousness, When he awoke he was in the forest covered in blood and had no idea where he was... The sun seemed so bright from the lack of sunlight in his cell... He was now free, but he had no idea why, infact he had no memory at all of what he went through as a child and how he even escaped... It was like his mind was wiped clean... It was

New Beginnings

While Tret wandered aimlessly through the forest that he knew nothin about, he was found by a man with an odd headband... This man was a shinobi from Konoha... Tret was now in the fire country.. How he got there was a mystery to him since he had no idea how he even got there in the first place... The shinobi brought him back to his village and took care of him and nutured him back to health... This friendly attitude was then absorbed by Tret which made him a kind and loving person that he is now... This shinobi believe that the new war that had just begun, The Great Bijuu War, was a waste and something that shouldn't have even happened to begin with, and with that helped Tret think in the way of a noble shinobi...

Ninja Academy

Tret was known as a genuis when he started the academy, he seemed to catch on really quickly at the concept of ninjutsu and how they worked and also the technical aspects of things... After only three years in the academy, Tret graduated and was now known as a genin of konoha... But Tret didn't think so, with the Bijuu war happening Tret felt that it would be necessary to take some time to himself and travel the world a little, kinda like a self discovery mission... So instead of accepting the title of shinobi, he took the title of wanderer for a little while...

Return to Konoha

While being gone for 5 years traveling the world, Tret had finally returned to what was known as his village... No one know's where he went or what he did while on his travels but it changed him... He was more calm, collected and more importently, grown up... When he got back to the village he saw that his village was now in a stated of rebuilding everythng... He had been for so long that he had no idea what had happend but if he had to take a guess, it would be that the war did this to the village... While getting settled in to his new home in konoha he reinstated himself as a shinobi of konoha, now that the village wasn't being controlled by evil and in a war... This was a perfect time to begin a slow yet constant climb through the shinobi ranks...

New Feelings

While Trying to figure out what to do next in his new life as a shinobi, he was confronted by a man with an instument... This man was none other then the newly appointed Hokage... Tret didn't know what to think of him, since the old Hokage was such an evil person... As the new Hokage introduced himself to Tret, they began to converse with each otheruntill then the unexpected, The Hokage asked Tret to become his student... Being a little hesitant, Tret accepted the offer and was now on the road to becoming a great shinobi... While with the Hokage, Tret realized that he had nothing special about him, no ability that helped him increase his powers... There were a whole bunch of clans around that were strong do to there abilities... Naya, who is the Hokage and and sensei to Tret, showed Tret that just because he wasn't special, doesn't mean that they cant become great... With this thought in mind, Tret pushed forward and began training... He entered the chuunin exams shortly after and graduated and became a chuunin for Konoha...

Tragedy Strikes

After graduating the chuunin exams, Naya was bringing Tret on a mission which would hopefully bring the two closer together as a team and also as sensei and student... As a gift to Tret for graduating this mission would also be a chance for Naya to teach Tret about the country and the history of the country... But just after completing the mission at hand they're trip was cut short before they could even start there relaxing trip through the country... His Sensei, the one who taught Tret the value of life and how precious the life in the village really was was killed... The one person that he though of as his father, killed by some unknown person who is yet to be found... Tret returned to his village, shattered, his life now meant nothing... Tret even took missions that were well over his skill level... Tret even went as far as taking a mission that he knew he couldn't complete but somehow manage thanks to a tool that was given to him by his deseased sensei... After summoning one of his sabertooth animal companions he returned to Konoha passed out on his summons back... Then the unexpected would happen, the one to bring him to the hospital was none other then Naya's long time friend Arashi...

SIgn of Hope

When Tret woke up in the hospital there was someone he didn't know in his room talking to him... This man Arashi explained to Tret who he was and what he had in mind... He wanted to go on a mission with Tret... Sounded simple enough to Tret so he agreed with it and headed on his way... While working with Arashi he began to see the upside of things and was now getting used to his life alone and sometimes making contact with Arashi the odd time here and there...

Tret was obviously not in the mood to talk, and was only focused on saving his friend, but Muritsune had other things in mind when it came to helping Tret... With his idea to train and get stronger before fighting Noroi once more, Muritsune took Tret out of the village and decided to train him in his own way... Everything that he learnt from his Sensei Naya would be nothing now that he was a missing nin, being trained by the Wandering nin Muritsune... For months, Tret trained under Muritsune and became strong with each passing day, growing to the rank of special jounin, and still getting stronger... Once Tret's training was half completely Muritsune got an urgent message to return to his home village so they had to halt there training temperarely...

Unexpected Guest

While having a drink at the tavern just after Muritsune left for his home village, he was approached by a mysterious man... A missing nin known as Hazumi. Tret had no idea why this man wanted to speak with him but Hazumi didn't waste any time getting to the point... He saught him out so that he could go on a mission with him... While on this mission Tret saw the one thing that he hated to see the most while on a mission, and that was people dieing... Hazumi had his own sense of justice and he didn't care how Tret felt about killing other... Seeing this and having a heated discussion with Hazumi, this mission only strengthened Tret's resolved and he swore that the day would come where he would meet Hazumi again and when he was able to beat Hazumi, he would be strong enough to fullfill his goals and save his friend... With that in mind Tret went on a voyage to find a way to make himself stronger which led him to a village that made specialty weapons and armor... Seeing this oppertunity Tret made a suit that could hide his identity and also increase his defense... With this it would be the start of a whole new chapter in Tret's life as he changed his identity to now be known as Toki...

Return of a Friend

After completing everything he needed, Tret returned to the tavern and met back up with Muritsune to complete his training... They have gone on several mission so far and are continueing to get stronger, they are now on a mission and they have no idea what is about to happen to them and there little team which might be getting a little bigger...

Striking Back

After having gotten stronger Tret decided that it was time to get to the bottum of what happened to his sensei, the one known as Naya, the previews Hokage... For someone so strong to be killed was something that Tret couldn't forget... He decided now would be the best time to figure out who his killer was and bring him to justice... But in order for Tret to do this, he needed allies, he already had Muritsune which he was expecting to return soon as he went back to his own village to help them with an emergency and now allied with someone with great strength known as Lucifer Kenpachi. A giant man as it is with amazing strength... But this wasn'tenough, Tret continued to look for more allies to help him for his cause. Tret continues still today to find who was responsible for his masters death... What he does know right now is that the current Hokage know's who is responsible and is only a matter of time before Tret figures it out also... It's only a matter of time.

but the variations that i have are lower then the originals. so how does that make sense? i'm not trying to be a pain, i'm just trying to understand this reasoning... lol Your saying that i need to be at a higher level to learn a lower rank technique?

Yeah... that seems right, lol. Just because it's a lower rank doesn't mean it can work that way. The fact that variants can be made (or used) shows expertise in that jutsu, expertise that should really only be held by Sannin. Using variants shows complete mastery, even Kakashi couldn't use the variants that Sasuke could.
