Name of clan - Uchiha Clan
Clan History - The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From this hate came what Madara calls the Curse of Hatred (憎しみの呪い, Nikushimi no noroi). From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
-Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
-The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama Senju, leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha, such as Setsuna, have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha.
-Years later, after the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that an Uchiha was behind the attack. Madara claimed that the Uchiha were relocated to a corner of the village so that they could be more easily monitored. The Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and began to plan overthrowing the village. One Uchiha, Itachi, disagreed with the coup d'état, and informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, tried to negotiate for a more peaceful approach. This failed, and to prevent an uprising that would create another war, Itachi was ordered to wipe out the Uchiha.
-Itachi spared only one Uchiha: his younger brother, Sasuke. Sasuke would spend the next few years trying to avenge their family by killing Itachi, something Itachi had planned for from the very beginning. Once accomplishing this goal, Sasuke learned that Madara was also still alive. Madara told Sasuke about the Uchiha's history and why Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha, prompting Sasuke, with Madara's help, to resolve to destroy Konoha.
-Since the events that followed, the Uchiha Clan did somehow survive. It is believed that Sasuke fathered a child some time before his ultimate end during Madara's war on the Shinobi Villages with an unnamed woman. This woman lived on to raise the child, who would eventually continue the bloodline, though members are now scarce and scattered throughout the lands.

The Sharingan

Name - Sharingan - Copy Wheel Eye (One Tomoe)

Description - The eyes become red, with a ring around the central pupil. In this stage, there is one tomoe on the surrounding ring. In order to first be achieved, the user must undergo some kind of significant emotional and mental stress or trauma, in addition to learning it with the required amount of Training Points. Only then can it be freely used. In battle, the One Tomoe Sharingan may be used for a maximum of 15 posts. There is then a cooldown equal to one third the amount of posts it was active for (rounded up), before it can be used again.

Note: Once you learn a particular level of Sharingan, it then replaces the previous level. This means that once you achieve a Two Tomoe Sharingan, you may no longer use a One Tomoe Sharingan, and once you achieve a Three Tomoe Sharingan, you may no longer use a Two Tomoe Sharingan.

Sharingan Abilities

Each Tomoe Sharingan grants 3 Sharingan Points when learned, which can be used to purchase the following abilities to add to your Sharingan. You may learn whichever path of abilities in whatever order you want, so long as they are learned in succession (Ex: you cannot learn Jutsu Copying 2 without first learning Jutsu Copying 1).

Name - Sharingan Perception 1
Type - Doujutsu
Description - The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if another person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

Name - Sharingan Perception 2
Type - Doujutsu
Description - This Sharingan ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan (grants an additional 2 to Overall Genjutsu Rating when perceiving Genjutsu, but not when casting). This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements.

Description - The ability now extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react (The user must have an equal or higher Overall Taijutsu Rating to properly counter the attack, including a bonus 3 granted by this ability).

Name - Jutsu Copying 1
Type - Doujutsu
Description - The Sharingan's most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
-In order to copy a jutsu, the user must have the proper points in the Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu stats depending on the rank of jutsu. They must also have the appropriate affinity. In addition, they must have an appropriate amount of TP to learn it, otherwise the copy will fail. The user is still bound by the total jutsu limits per ninja rank. For example, a genin Uchiha cannot copy any jutsus if they have already learned a total of 15.
-This level of Jutsu Copying enables the copying of D and C-rank jutsus.

Name - Genjutsu Mastery 1

Description - This ability allows the use of Burning Paper Body and Shackling Stakes.

Name - Genjutsu Mastery 2
Type - Doujutsu
Description - This ability allows the user to use any known optical genjutsu simply through eye contact, in place of hand signs, when their Sharingan is active.

Name - Genjutsu Mastery 3
Type - Doujutsu
Description - This ability allows the use of subliminal hypnosis. This hypnotic ability, coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them.
-Subliminal Hypnosis will only be successful against opponents with an Overall Genjutsu Rating of 6 or lower. The user must also know at least one jutsu that the opponent does, either beforehand or copied during battle.
-Subliminal Hypnosis may be kept active for a maximum of 3 posts, and will forcefully deactivate the Sharingan once completed. The user may not activate the Sharingan again for 5 posts. Note that the post limit of this technique is not included in the post limit of the Sharingan, meaning it can be activated on your last Sharingan post, and still last for its full duration.

Uchiha Clan Jutsus

Note: For the following 4 jutsus, the Uchiha member needs only the required Sharingan Ability given in order to learn them, rather than normal jutsu stats. This is due to them being required to put more stat points overall across all three jutsu categories for their Sharingan.

Name - Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi - Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade

Description - Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.
-Requires: Sharingan Perception 2

Name - Magen: Moeru Karada Kami - Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body
Type - Genjutsu

Description - This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The technique will make it harder for the target to move properly.

Name - Magen: Kasegui - Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes

Description - Firstly, this technique requires the use of the Sharingan. The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim will be tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals the greatest use this technique has is primarily for torture.
-Requires: Genjutsu Mastery 1

Name - Magen: Kyō Tenchi-ten - Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change

Description - The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.
-This technique is limited to one use per battle, after which it forcefully deactivates the Sharingan. The user may not activate the Sharingan again for 5 posts.
-Requires: Genjutsu Mastery 3

Name - Mangekyō Sharingan - Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye

Description - An advanced form of the Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user; Kakashi Hatake's and Itachi Uchiha's both resemble pinwheels, Madara Uchiha's and Izuna's look more like a detailed form of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan, and Sasuke Uchiha's looks like three intersecting ellipses. It also grants them access to other powerful techniques.
-The Mangekyō Sharingan is acquired through the death of the person closest to the Sharingan user. To expedite this occurrence, Uchiha throughout history have killed their closest friends in order to meet this criteria, though how Kakashi gained his Mangekyō Sharingan has yet to be explained. To obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing a friend or family, as merely killing them or watching them die will not activate it.
-Over time, use of the Mangekyō Sharingan's techniques deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Those that have awakened it are limited to 30 uses of the three Mangekyō jutsus over their entire career (which must be kept track of). With 10 uses remaining, their eyesight will go blurry after five posts during battle. At 5 uses remaining, their eyesight is permanently blurry. At 0 uses remaining, they will become blind.
-In order to learn this, you must first unlock the Three Tomoe Sharingan.

Name - Tsukuyomi - Moon Reader
Type - Genjutsu

Description - Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusion that is completely controlled by the user. For the duration of the technique (determined by the standard genjutsu formula), the user may torture the victim in whatever way desired. Its effectiveness is limited to how long it lasts on the target. At 1 post, the victim will come out of it weary but otherwise okay. At 2 posts, the victim will come out of it feeling exhausted and mentally drained, but with no great damage. At 3 posts, the victim will come out of it mentally beaten, physically exhausted, and having the worst headache of their entire life. They can still fight, but it will be very difficult. At 4 posts and beyond, the victim will come out psychologically tortured and barely able to stand, making it extremely difficult (though not impossible) to continue fighting. Weak minded individuals may even be stricken temporarily insane.
-The use of the jutsu requires a great amount of chakra and concentration. After the duration of the technique, the user's Sharingan will instantly deactivate and will not be able to activate again for another 5 posts. They will also be drained of most of their remaining stamina, causing extreme fatigue, one of their eyes to bleed, and a loss of 1 of their 30 Mangekyō uses.
-Note that this version does not distort the victim's perception of time, as Itachi's did. Just, because, you know, that's pretty bleh.
-Note that the post limit of this technique is not included in the post limit of the Sharingan, meaning it can be activated on your last Sharingan post, and still last for its full duration.

Name - Amaterasu - Illuminating Heaven

Description - The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, rumored to be the fires from hell, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. For the purpose of RP, however, there is a max range that the flames can be created, that being a very short range of about three feet. If the target is farther away, the flames will ignite in the air in front of the target and continue traveling like a normal fire jutsu, in the form of a billowing wave of flames. These flames can be temporarily guided at will for two posts. This version, while very difficult to avoid, is not nigh inescapable as the original.
-The flames are exceptionally hot (not as hot as the sun, because that's OP and would likely melt the very earth around it...), capable of burning through anything in their path. The only thing that the flames have seemingly failed to burn into is Gaara's chakra infused sand. However, the flames burn slowly, allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever or body parts have been caught ablaze (It takes about five posts before the flames will start to spread to another part of the body).
-Also, unlike the original Amaterasu, these flames can be put out by completely soaking the affected area in water. Extinguishing the flames or removing clothing caught ablaze this will save whatever part of the victim is affected, though will result in varying degrees of crippling effects as a result (for example, losing the use of a limb for the remainder of a fight, or temporary blindness if struck in the face), due to the severity of the burns and excruciating pain.
-After casting this jutsu, the user's Sharingan will instantly deactivate and will not be able to activate again for another 5 posts. They will also be drained of all but the smallest reserves of their remaining stamina, causing extreme fatigue, the ability to only be able to perform C-rank jutsus and below for the remainder of the fight, one of their eyes to bleed, and a loss of 1 of their 30 Mangekyō uses.

Name - Susanoo - Tempestuous God of Valour (Incomplete)

Description - Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, after the ability in both eyes have been awakened. It creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user. Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance and colour between users.
-This is Susanoo's incomplete form. The user can create a Susanoo chakra skeleton that will surround them and provide an exceptional defense against most techniques. However, obscenely powerful blows can damage the skeleton and, in come cases, penetrate the defense. In terms of offense, the skeleton is limited to sweeping, punching, smashing, etc. with its arms.
-This form can last for a maximum of five posts. During this duration, the user may not perform any other jutsus.
-After the Incomplete Susanoo ends, the user's Sharingan will instantly deactivate and will not be able to activate again for another 5 posts. They will also be drained of a large amount of their remaining stamina, causing extreme fatigue and a loss of 1 of their 30 Mangekyō uses.
-The user must first learn Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu before learning Susanoo.
-Note that the post limit of this technique is not included in the post limit of the Sharingan, meaning it can be activated on your last Sharingan post, and still last for its full duration.

Name - Susanoo - Tempestuous God of Valour (Complete)

Description - Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, after the ability in both eyes have been awakened. It creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user. Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance and colour between users.
-This is Susanoo's complete form. The user can create a a full sized chakra humanoid/demonoid (depending on the user's personal values, the Susanoo may take a full humanoid appearance, like Itachi's, or appear more demonic, like Sasuke's) that will surround them and provide a near impenetrable defense against most techniques. In terms of offense, Susanoo comes equipped with your choice of: sword and shield, crossbow and chakra arrows (capable of firing three at at time), or fire breathing.
-This form can last for a maximum of ten posts. During this duration, the user may not perform any other jutsus.
-After the Complete Susanoo ends, the user's Sharingan will instantly deactivate and will not be able to activate again for the remainder of the battle. They will also be drained of all their remaining stamina, causing extreme fatigue, the inability to perform anymore techniques until they recover, both eyes to bleed, and a loss of 2 of their 30 Mangekyō uses.
-The user must first learn the Incomplete Susanoo before learning the Complete Susanoo
