History

Cai was once an active member of a team, constantly being the one who would request more and more missions for her team. Only a few weeks into the team's formation, she had been asked to be the genin leader. This lead her to constantly strive her best in order to keep her teammates strong and active, someone which greatly annoyed them since they were both guys. Their teamwork and companionship continued on until she was about nineteen years of age and she volunteered their team to take on an S rank mission for old time's sake.

The mission ended terribly to say the least. While all of her teammates survived, one of her teammates ended up losing a hand during the mission while another was only inches away from death. While both of them encouraged her that it wasn't her fault, she seemed to take it much harder than they wanted her to. She stopped going on missions and instead opted for a spot on the village council to represent shinobi in the field, rather than just politics. She has continued this desire to the very day, not having gone on a single mission in two years.
