D - Cheer Up the Kids

Sonya	They all looked so miserable. About a dozen sick, depressed kids lining a hospital ward and here she was in a wheelchair, expected to cheer them up. Well, she couldn't say this was going to be an easy task, but she had to at least try for their sake. And, well, for her sake, too. She had a mission's pay on the line for this. So, wheeling herself forward, she took in a deep breath and announced herself to the group. “Heeeeey everyone!” she called out. “How you all doing today?” They just stared back at her. Okay, stupid question was stupid. She tried to recover quickly by introducing herself, but they were having none of it. She tried jokes, too, and singing, even trivia. But none of them seemed to take any interest in her antics. That is until one of them asked if she was a ninja. When she said that she was, they asked her to show them some techniques. Complying, she performed a few of her less dangerous ones. To her relief, they all seemed quite impressed and awed at the sights, clapping and sheering for her. This continued for about an hour before she could finally leave. Her work here was done.
