Like, I wuz makin' a clan, and like I have a question.
Are like technique updates to clans like acceptable? I like didn't really find anything under clan creation rules that like either indicates a "yea" or a "nay".
What I'm like planning to do is put up a "skeleton" of like basic techniques and like leaving the bulk of like the techniques to be like created by the user who like creates a ninja of that kekkei genkai...
