*scratches head* Okay, like, I'm a bit confused. If like Wandering Nin can only "wander" when they are like chuunin...and likewise like take missions, how can like a *genin* Wandering-Nin be able to like progress to that level, especially if she can't like take missions? Artemis_Sol is confused. XD

| well genin technically aren't supposed to be able to wander... you were given an exception by ny. I will be making a place for wanderers to get missions eventually, but that will be in the travel board, and your genin can't leave her country... so I would suggest gaining your village ties sooner rather than later if you want to get to chuunin | |

| Your genin is, fundamentally, like Jiraiya. Never actually stays in the village or is actually a village ninja or whatever, but is still "in" that village. | |

| actually Jiraiya was a Genin of konoha untill he was a jounin or even a sannin actually... because he was still in the a team with Tsunade and orochimaru when they were named sannin, and at that time they were fighting in the second shinobi war for konoha.
As for you Sol, What kenji means is that since you got the exception from Ny (which shouldn't have happened to begin with in my opinion), your character can't technically graduate to chuunin since it's the village itself that holds the exams... If you don't belong to a village then you can't take the exam, yet when Kenji makes the mission board in the travel board, your character will be able to do missions.
Kenji said your character would need to affiliate with a village sooner rather then later cause if she doesn't then eventually no village will trust her since they haven't worked for the village there entire shinobi career.

| "Your genin is, fundamentally, like Jiraiya. Never actually stays in the village or is actually a village ninja or whatever, but is still "in" that village." Like I said, Hitomi still does village missions and is 100% a member of the village (pretty much, something ny and her can work out), BUT she doesn't actually like live and stay there and stuff. | |
