History

((Short Version))
Her parents gave her away to criminals in an attempt to spare their own lives. It was with these slavers that she learned the most basic of combat techniques. It was also with these men that she heard many tales of historic shinobi, both good and bad. The ones that particuarly interested her were those of the "Demon of the Hidden Mist", Zabuza Momochi and his partner, Haku. Through these stories, she instantly fell in love with the missing-nin and made it apparent that she wanted to become as strong as they were. She finally got an opprutunity to make something of her self when the Slavers were raided by Jounin of Kirigakure and she was ultimately liberated/captured. Although, she wasn't experianced in any jutsus, one of the Jounin who had captured Hiretsuna saw a small amount of potential in her and decided to privately tutor her in the ways of a Kirigakure shinobi. After he brought her up to speed with the other academy students, he decided she was ready to joining the ranks of the village. She is now an official "Genin" of Kirigakure

Hiretsuna Nōmin was the only child of a peasent couple on the outskirts of Kirigakure. Although she did not realize it at the time, they often struggled to make ends meet. The main cause of their poverty was due to the fact that Shakkin Nōmin–her father–had a severe gambling problem which inevitably left their family in great financial debt to some rather "shady" folk. Eventually, the debt was so extreme that Shakkin's life was indanger as was his wife's, Musekinin'na Nōmin.

On one unreasonably misty day, Hiretsuna was woken up from her nap by a strange man. He was not friendly and Hiretsuna didn't seem to like anything about this man. She attempted to yell for her parents but was simply told to shut up and taken anyways. She overheard her parents negotiating with another man who obviously was with the first man who kidnapped her.

"So we're okay, yes? We're completely paid off?"

Those were the last words she ever heard from her mother...she was ten years old.

6 years later, Hiretsuna was a different person. She no longer was a carefree, innocent little farm girl. She was lost. The whole world was on her shoulders, and she didn't have anyone to help her hold it. The other kids, ones who shared similiar past events of abduction, teased her. They thought it was foolish to idolize someone in a world like this. They thought it was foolish to even think about anyone but yourself, let a lone care for some "has-been swordsmen who was killed by the same man twice", and his "pet". But in reality, that passion she had for her heroes is what kept her going. Sometimes she would pretend her kunai was a giant sword and she prenteded she was one of the "Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist". If she could be just half the ninja as they were, then she could easily escape the nightmare she called life. As of now though, she was just some cutpurse. A theif who had to steal to survive.

She was quite good at it though. She was much stealthier than any of her comrades, not mention she was incredibly cunning for someone her age. She might not have been given a "proper" education, but she was considerably "smart".

When her comrades and she returned back to their masters, they found the camp deserted. Hiretsuna pulled a kunai out of her pouch. What was she to do? She didn't know any jutsus. "..Not any good ones anyway", she thought to herself. All of sudden, a group of shinobi emerged from the mist.

"Jounin!", someone shouted.

Immediately, Hiretsuna placed her kunai bewtween her teeth and preceded to grab the pouches of money she had stolen with her now free hands. She ran towards the trees. She figured that once she reached there she was safe, but it was harder than it looked. Kunai and shuriken were being thrown every-which-way and all around her there was chaos! She deflected few shots with her kunai and out manuvred a several shinobi. "This what it must've been like, the story of Zabuza's final moments!", she thought to herself. She had never felt so excited in her enitire life!

She was just few yards away from the trees, until she was stopped in her tracks by a shinobi, who kept her in place with a mere finger to her forehead. "Kiri", she said to herself just as two more ninja grabbed each of her arms.

"Drop them", the man in front of her said. His voice was calm, but stern. She had no choice but oblidge, since she couldn't do a hand sign or speak a word clearly. She released her possessions and the other two Jounin collected the stolen ryo. The man looked at Hiretsuna. Immediately she spit the kunai out of her mouth and lunged at the man with it. All of a sudden, the man turned into water! The blade went through the liquid and as it just fell to the ground forming a puddle. How could this be? The real ninja appeared right infront of her again where he once stood. Then, without a word... he walked away. Hiretsuna was confused, but before she could do anything she felt herself growning weary and eventually went unconscious.

She woke up hours later in what seemed like an office.

"What was that all about?" she asked herself in referrence to that whole situation. "Some kind of jutsu? And why did I pass out?"

In there was the man who had captured her and he was speaking with what Hiretsuna assumed to be high ranking officials. Apprently, this man was impressed by her initiative and decided to reccomend she become an official shinobi of Kirigakure. Hiretsuna couldn't believe it, this was her chance. She could become as powerful as Zabuza! "Or even stronger!.. No..no, he's the best", she thought to herself with a smile. She was going to seize this oppurtinity. Besides, it beats jail.

Hiretsuna failed miserably at the academy. Not because of her physical skill, she was quite good at anything relating to that, but because of her lack of any proper chakra control. She couldn't perform a decent jutsu to save her life, but there was hope. The man, the one who broughter her in, the one who started all of this. He would visit the academy and check in on her. Ultimately, one day he stepped in and pulled her aside. The man explained to her that he would teach her exclusively some of the basics.

"..So you're not left behind all the others", he told her, and with that they left.

After weeks of vigorous one on one training, he decided she was ready. He taught her the basics of kunai usage and hand to hand combat. He also taught her an overview of genjutsus and how they works, she didn't like the sound those. He taught her several jutsus to help accommodate her strengths. He seemed to have figured her out. He taught her the Water Clone Technique and the Art of Hiding in the Mist to help her utilize her stealth features. He did teach her others but the most extreme and powerful–and probably little advanced for her but she could still pull it off–was Water Release: Gunshot. She couldn't master the full potential of these jutsus just yet or even the control over her chakra, but she would keep working at it. This was as ready as she'll ever be.

Genin start out with 200 Ryo, any weapons that they with to start with needs to be subtracted from their starting Ryo amount. So look through the weapons section and see if there's any combination of stuff that you want for your 200 Ryo. Any leftover Ryo you don't use you get to keep.

And also just to make sure I'm clear, she idealizes the story of Zabuza, but you're aware on this site that he has long been dead correct?

Yes I know he's dead, She's only heard of him through old tales...oooooollllddd tales lol.
