....fine. Considering they're burning, they might be under fire, but lightning is already technically plasma, and plasma has a watery form. So you figure it out I am going to sulk in the corner.
EDIT: Wait what, twenty miles, for serious. That's kinda ridiculous.
Also, based off what these jutsu are, you could just make them that Scorch release thing. Which is probably fire+lightning fusion.

Yes, these could be more like a scorch release type thing, as nova said. That, and actual "plasma" techniques, would fall under storm release. That was already decided when nova wanted plasma jutsus.
