Just wondering how do team assignments work in Konoha? It'd be cool to get a team going and if I could, I'd like to request to be in a team with beachedmerman

when it comes to forming teams... It's pretty much doin what you guys are doin here... Ask around to see who wants to rp with you and if they agree then a team is born. If you want to make it more official you could alway's rp you character to the Hokage and he will assign you a team if there is approval of all other participants...

It's kind of the same concept as the Family tab, which I normally find useless.

Well sorry to still be off topic of this thread, but would you think it would be better to put people on teams? It would feel more like naruto. I've noticed most naruto rp forums lack a team system. Ik you join a thread and those ppl become your team, but i think people would have more of a sense of teamwork if it was implemented more. I mean think about it, teamwork was greatly emphasized in naruto. Its not my forum, I just wanna have fun, help and maybe ignite new ideas Smile

Well, I'm pretty sure the major problem with that is two things:

1) There's always the possibility of incomplete or even 1 person teams if there's a bad balance of teachers to students

2) and more importantly, assigning teams could just lead to sticking people with other RPers that they don't really care for. As my Suna team search thread can attest to, I'm a very elitist RPer. If I got forcibly paired with idiots I'd either revolt and do my own thing anyways or just not bother to continue RPing.
