| Just some idle thoughts for consideration, no outright displeasure or anything.
Rasengan is, as it is, rather blandish. It's got only like 3 jutsu that any one person can know. Sure, one of them can be swapped for a total of 7 jutsu that exist, but still, it's a little eh. Would extra (not necessarily elemental) rasengan variants be okay, perhaps?
Chidori, on the other hand, has a nice array of 6, but only for one element. Would alternate-element Chidoris be also okay, perhaps?

| Can one person sign multiple summoning contracts? Naturally, still adhering to the limit of one summon per battle, of course. | |

| yes more then one person can under certain circumstances...
1. getting the person who created the summons permission. 2. Rp your character having a conversation with the summons contract holder.

| uh...actually they can only be signed to one given contract at a time. if you were to sign another contract, your summon contract would be transferred from your previous one to the new one. | |

| I think Tret thought I asked if one contract could have multiple people signed up to it, which is kind of an obvious answer. Thanks. | |

| Was looking over the Hyuuga clan for no reason. What. 64 palms and 128 palms are, like, way OP seeming to me, especially since the enemy has no apparent way to remove the sealing and also pretty much no ability to stop the attack once it starts hitting. B-ranks and above? Like wow. | |

| Mmm, well the thing is, there are an incredible amount of ways to keep it from hitting you.
A) Be as fast as him B) Hold some kind of weapon out in front of you so he can't get around C) Spit a ninjutsu in his face D) Use a defensive jutsu E) Use a replacement F) Use genjutsu G) Be wearing armor (maybe not a flak jacket, but the tin suit customs some people have floating around would do the trick)
etc, etc.
And the effects are only temporary, so if you somehow DO get hit by it, you don't need to worry about removing it or never using jutsus ever again.

| Mm, fair enough then I suppose, my mind jumped to the conclusion that it amounted to "hit the enemy a lot", even though I know how it really works. | |
