Haru is the only child. He is a member of the branch family of the hyuuga clan. He does not like the main branch at all. Haru prides himself in his training and believes that the hyuuga clan is the greatest clan in the leaf village. Even thought the main branch has caused much pain to Haru and his family he still looks past that. Haru's main goal is to change the way's of the hyuuga clan and make it equal for eveyone

You can't change the village if you stay Hyuuga. You can make a character in another village, THEN make this guy, however.

you can take the byakugan out of the ninjutsu area since it goes in the kekkei genkai area. Also you have you five beginning E-Ranks under A-Rank for some reason.

sorry i must have been having a brain fart, i forgot to tell you to move all your techniques over to the kekkei genkai area as well since they are all clan techniques that you have. i fixed the ranking lines for you so all you need to do is copy and past all the techniques to the kekkei genkai area and then erased the ones in the ninjutsu area.

well the main reason for creating the suna charecter was so this charecter can be approved but i will use the suna charecter occasionally

well the whole point of having a restriction on konoha was to increase activity in other villages... we weren't simply resticting them for giigle or anything like that...

Perhaps it's simply because people like the Konoha clans better.

Hyuugas are vastly overrated nines popular, perhaps we could make them universal like we did with Uchihas?

we made uchiha universal because they were believed to be extinct with sasuke and madara being the last remaining uchiha left. Since the uchiha clan on the site happen to come back from unknown origins they weren't placed in konoha any longer. The byakugan has alway's had more then enouh members to keep the bloodline alive in the village.

Yeah, but who's to say there weren't some hyuuga who ran off or something?
It would just be a good idea, to help with the konoha overflow.

there's nothing stating that a hyuuga can't be a missing or wandering nin... They just can't join another village since they are enemy nations and having one of there own clans in another village would be considered treasen and they would be classified as a missing nin... and i certain that since the villages have no trust for the other, if one shinobi just walked up to there village, they would just kill the shinobi and steal there eyes for one of there own shinobi to filter out any spies...

Novaix, that's exactly what i just said, that there is nothing againt's leaving the village, so there is no need to make them an unknown origin clan. they are a konoha clan and they stay as a konoha clan...
