History

Joukyuu spent most of his life alone i nthe wild. surviving off of his instincts. Wheather it was finding food like bugs or fruit or finding shelter by hiding inside dead animals or hiding in caves. After he turned 18, he made his way to Konoha and managed to get himself enlisted as a shinobi of the village. With his sites set on getting stronger and proving to others that he was no longer an outsider who was pitied by the Hokage, he raised through the ranks slowly but surely untill one day he found himself infront of the council members. At that moment his life changed as he was now given the previlege of being Konoha's next Hokage.

Name – Shunshin no Jutsu – Body Flicker Technique
Description – Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description – Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description – Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

Description – Kagerou is a Ninjutsu technique which allows Zetsu to merge with the ground and surrounding objects such as rock and trees. This allows him to spy on his targets without their being aware of his presence.

Description – A powerful jutsu, Ninpou Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Name – Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu – Grand Fireball Technique
Description – Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Name – Katon: Housenka no Jutsu – Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique
Description – Katon: Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fireballs. The ninja can also hurl a projectile, which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Special Note: If hiding projectiles in the fireballs, you need to mention it, and must have the proper number of shuriken, kunai, etc. in your possession.

Name – Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu – Dragon Fire Technique
Description – Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.

Name – Kage Bunshin no Jutsu – Shadow Clone Technique
Description – Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Name – Kakashi's Lightning Wolf Technique (Unnamed)
Description – This unnamed Ninjutsu technique utilizes the Lightning Element. After creating Raiton in his hand, Kakashi will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack his target. Lightning will run from Kakashi's hand to the wolf itself, limiting its range.

Name – Katon: Haisekishou – Burning Ash Accumulation
Description – Katon: Haisekishou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed handseals, Asuma will expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when Asuma clicks his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.

Name – Katon: Karyuu Endan – Fire Dragon Flame Projectile
Description – Katon: Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.

Katon: Karyuudan – Dragon Fire Projectile
Description – Katon: Karyuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create mud projectiles using the Doryuudan technique. The ninja will then blow a large flame to ignite the mud projectiles.


Name – Dai Endan – Great Fireball
Description – Dai Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire element. Jiraiya will first gather the fire into his mouth and then spew a giant breath of fire constantly at his opponent.


Name – Katon: Goryuuka no Jutsu – Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Description – Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja will expel dragon head fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concrete.


Name – Katon: Zukokku – Fire Release: Head Mincing Pain
Description – Katon: Zukokku is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kakuzu. After releasing the Fire elemental from his body, Kakuzu will command the entity to release a large flaming mass from its mouth. This mass will quickly spread along the ground and race towards its target, burning anything in its path.

Name – Chidorigatana - Thousand Birds Katana
Description – Chidorigatana is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sasuke. Using his Kusanagi, Sasuke will create Lightning chakra which he will transmit into the sword. The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the blade almost unstoppable. This causes the sword to take on Chidori's natural ability to cut through almost anything. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter the attacks. This ability may be applied to any weapon made from chakra metal. Requires Chidori.

Name – Chidori – One Thousand Birds
Description – Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day. Requires Chidori.

Name – Chidori Eisou - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear
Description – Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge. Requires Chidori.

Name – Chidori Nagashi - Thousand Birds Current
Description – Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. It is also capable of blocking incoming attacks of an equal rank, except wind jutsus. Requires Chidori.

Name – Chidori Senbon - Thousand Birds Needles
Description – Chidori Senbon is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form senbon. Though unstated, these needles probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path. Requires Chidori.

Name – Seishou Iro – Chakra Coloring
Description – While normal chakra is invisible, and has no color, Mitsukai\'s chakra is colored, and the color is dependent on the person, often reflecting their personality, although not always. The Chakra color must be achieved before any other blood line moves can be learned.

D-Rank

Name – Wing Seal
Description – A jutsu developed by Mitsukai clan members to deal with the clumsiness of their wings in day-to-day activities. The user will form a Tiger Seal, causing their wings to sink into their backs, allowing for easier movement. The user, however, will have a tattoo on their backs of their wings, which may reveal their divine nature. The jutsu is useful for hiding from fanatics or concealing themselves from enemies. In the sealed state, however, the user cannot perform any of the Mituskai clan jutsu. When the wings are released, they will be able to use it again.

Name – Chakra Jump
Description – As members of the Mitsukai Clan are angels, their chakra is slightly different allowing them to create blasts. A Mitsukai can create small blasts of chakra out of their feet while they jump, allowing them to jump on air, rather like a double jump in video games. Only four jumps can be made, before the user will fall back down to earth, although the user can slowly exert chakra from their feet to slow down their fall so its not fatal.

C-Rank

Name – Gauntlet Strikes
Description – A partial transformation between a Mitsukai’s normal and true forms, this technique will alter only the hands, giving them the gauntlets gained in the angelic form, these gauntlet can be used to add extra damage to close range taijutsu strikes. This technique is naturally available when in one's angelic form.

Name – Angel Boots
Description – The user forms a thick pair of iron boots around their feet, which increases the damage of kicks, and helps protect the feet.

Name – Halo Chakram
Description – The user can create their halo from their angelic form, and can toss it as a Chakram, with a razor sharp edge. They can create multiple ones to toss, although each one acts as a separate jutsu. This is naturally available in the users Angelic Form. The cutting effect is similar to when Asuma demonstrated the effect of wind chakra on his knuckle knives, although it can cut through rock, it can cut through weak weapons. The user will also cut their hand slightly each time they grasp a halo to throw.

B-Rank

Name – Feather Dance
Description – User must have their wings out, and can then fire the feathers out like projectiles. Multiple feathers are shot at one time. The feathers act rather like needles, leaving cuts and scratches, but unless they pierce vital points they have no chance of being deadly, and are mostly used to where the target down. The technique will drain the feathers from the wings, causing the user to be unable to fly if they are on the ground, and to have to land the next post if they are in the air.

Name – Angel Blade
Description – The user holds out their hands, and their angel blade appears in it. The Blade glows brightly, the color of their chakra, making it hard to focus on the blade.

Name – Tsubasa Kasei – Wing Manifest
Description – All Mitsukai are born with their wings, but until Tsubasa Kasei, or their Angelic form is learned, they can not be used to fly. With this jutsu, they can fly.

Name – Angel Dust
Description – While in the air, the user flaps their wings, causing a shower of glowing angel dust to fall from them onto those below. All those hit will have any minor surface wounds healed. (Cuts scratches etc)

Name – Wing Harden
Description – Mitsukai can harden their wings, allowing them to withstand damage, and to be used as melee weapons, though they cannot fly when this is done.

Name – Angelic Shockwave
Description – The user channels some of their angelic chakra into their hand/or weapon, then slams said object into the ground, releasing the chakra in a circular ripple, that pushs back anyone it hits away from them. It also disrupts B ranked Jutsus. The ripple goes out 7m.

Name – Shield Of the Heavens
Description – The user brings their shield from their angelic form to their hand. The shield can block up to B ranked jutsus and attacks, provided that the attack is small enough. Example, if a grand fireball is sent, it could be blocked, but a water collision destruction would not be able to be blocked. A or S ranked jutsus will also destroy it, adding extra damage, as the shield will break, and the piece may impale the user.

A-Rank

Name – Mitsukai Katachi – Angelic Form
Description – Mitsukai's possess the unique ability to release their own inner power to alter their bodies into their true form. When initiated, the user will glow the color of their angel chakra, a halo of chakra will form on their head, thick iron boots form on their feet, gauntlets of metal colored their chakra color, White with a hint of their chakra color feathered wings, they will hover a few inches off the ground, and broadsword sized sword will appear on their back, which can be wielded with one hand, and a large shield will form also. The wings can be used to fly, but there are restrictions. The wings are rather weak, and would normally be unable to support her in the air. However, by reinforcing them with extra chakra, she can use them for flight. Under casual circumstances, there is not much of a limit as to how long the user can fly, but during a battle, because of the added stress and stamina drain, the user may only remain airborne for a short few minutes.

S-Rank

Name – Platinum Angel Form
Description – The user’s appearance is similar to that of their Angelic Form, but armor covers their whole body, even stronger, and has a darker appearance. Their wings become stronger and harder, preventing them from having a weak spot, and the user can fire blasts of angelic chakra in the form of flying punches. The Armor renders them practically immune to damage, thought strong attacks, those with exceptional strength however will be able to break through the armor, and the user will lose consciousness when it is broken. Being hit by enough fire will cause them to bake inside the armor, taking high tolls on their stamina, and lightning will super shock them. Their sword will become imbued with their first element, if it is Fire the blade becomes covered in rippling white-blue fire, able to burn through things easily, if it is water then their blade can elongate and bend, like a whip. If it is earth it can cut through the earth easily, and absorb the ground it passes through, adding the mass to the blade itself. If it is Lightning their sword is covered in lightning, and deals a horrible shock to any who touch it. Lastly, wind, their sword becomes as though it was made of wind, moving around other blades and objects, although striking flesh.
