This is the main Kiri administration building. The Mizukage's office is here, situated at the top level. In order to meet with the Mizukage, one must first make an appointment with the secretary, Mio Akazuke. Also contained in this building are public records of all Kiri's citizens and shinobi, as well as historical documents detailing the village's past, including the infamous Graduation Exam Murders , as well as the Bloodline Massacres.

Hanyou Rakdos	Rakdos watched the exchange between brother and sister for several moments. They seemed fairly capable. He gave them a nod to Kenji and Megumi as they agreed that they would head out in an attempt to become more of a team. Well, hopefully he was being honest in getting them to work closer together. Rakdos didn't trust Gama so far, but perhaps himself and Taiga would be able to get some really good quality work done. They knew how each other fought, now they would just need to learn to work together. "Of course Lord Mizukage", Rakdos said as Kenji nodded to him. He soon got up, and made his way after the group as they departed the building.

Karasu Taiga	The door the Kenji's office would suddenly come down off it's hinges, taking part of the wall with it and standing behind it, would be Taiga, having punched the door over, with his only open hand, on his legs were tightly wrapped the two door guards, and pulling back on his right arm an ANBU Guard not wanting to hurt the bloodied kid further. Behind him was a nurse rattling off his injuries almost inaudibly and telling him to get to a hospital. One could trace the bloody footsteps Taiga had left from the gate. He was injured, very, bleeding from his abdomen and wrists. Black and blue from being kicked and weezing and coughing each breath from was was most likely a bruised lung. "Kenji-san. He took Rakdos-san and Gama-san. He was toying with us, we couldn't lay a finger on him." Taiga gasped a little blood trickled from his lips from a cut on the inside of his mouth. "Took off heading east."

Kenji Hirohata	Kenji was, of course, in the middle of a meeting. That's where he'd been all day, in meetings. Megumi was there too, having decided to join him after the mishap with his team. In any case, neither of them were expecting the door to suddenly fly inward at them and their guests. Fortunately, quick acting on Megumi's part saved any potential injuries, as she leaped over the desk and caught the door before it hit their guests. "Hey!" she shouted, tossing the door aside. "You can't just go punching people's doors in! You're going to pay for that, you little-! ...what the hell happened to you?" Megumi was still pissed at Taiga for earlier, being the arrogant little punk he was, in her opinion, but she suddenly felt like something was wrong, after seeing him in such a condition. "Megumi, down," Kenji said, waving a hand at her. Taiga was trying to tell them something, and he couldn't really understand it with her shouting. From what he could here, the boy wasn't making much sense, either. He seemed to be trying to get his information across too quick. The fact that he looked like he'd just gone twelve rounds with a grizzly bear probably didn't help, either. "Taiga, take a breath," he said. "What happened? Who took them? Explain clearly, now." Kenji then looked up at the ANBU just standing there. "What the heck are just standing around there for? Get this kid a healer-nin. Now!" The ANBU guards took off in a hurry, to go find someone that could treat his injuries better than the lone nurse trailing behind him. Hopefully, they'd bring someone at least the Mystical Palm technique. Taiga didn't look like he was doing so hot.		Megumi Hirohata

Karasu Taiga	Taiga panted as he was let go by the ANBU and nurse, he cowered away from Megumi, if she so much as breathed on him hard, he would fall over. There was no possible way for him to move away from her. Upon giving the orders to breath and relax, he followed them catching his breath for a second before ordering his thoughts and deciding to speak. "After Megumi-san left, Gama took us to his Families training ground to work on team-ee stuff. Just as we got the whole planning phase done, An old bastard showed up. Like archaic. But he knew his stuff." Taiga looked down at himself there was a lot of blood, "He ran, Gama then Rakdos through, I don't think he killed them. He said he wanted them alive, and didn't care if I got away. Not very professional to leave survivors but I'm not going to make a professional complaint." After exerting himself Taiga's body got heavy. "He was toying with us, the three of us attacking together couldn't lay a finger on him."

Kenji Hirohata	"What the hell does some old bastard want with out shinobi?" Megumi asked, puzzled. "Genin, at that. Does he expect to hold them for a ransom, or something?" "More importantly, why didn't he want Taiga, as well?" Kenji mumbled. That meant that, whoever this old guy was, he knew exactly what and who he was after; Gama and Rakdos specifically. But why? There had to be some purpose, though he couldn't figure it out at the moment. "Megumi, I want you to-" "Way ahead of you," she said, taking off through the window. "I'll round up a team and search east, see if we can pick up a trail." When she was gone, Kenji leaned back in his seat. "Did he say anything else, this man? Anything that could be a clue as to why he took them, or where he was going?" He seemed unnaturally calm for someone who had just had two shinobi from his own village, his own team for that matter, kidnapped. But then that was just how he was; calm, collective. Karasu Taiga	Taiga just shook his head as he started to feel a warm soothing sensation on his arm. A medical-nin a young woman had quietly knelt down beside him and started in with her technique obviously not wanting to interrupt the conversation. Taiga's posture relaxed Taiga walked through the fight his eyes moving back and forth running the gauntlet of the battle, his hands twitching a little bit with the movements. His lips moving just a little bit chewing through the dialogue of the fight. After about half a minute Taiga shook his head. "No." The man's words revealed no reason why he just needed the two of them. "At first he was reluctant. I cant see why. I mean They both have pretty neat jutsu but I don't think they're worth kidnapping for that." That was about the extent of what. "Since the man seemed to think there were more out in the world like Rakdos. He didn't ever give a reason so it's possible that he expected to leave me alive to report back? Perhaps the sign that we're dealing with an experienced operator... more like an archaic operator."

Kenji Hirohata	Kenji waited a minute or so before answering, lost deep in thought. What Taiga was telling him didn't seem to make much sense, not like any kidnapping he'd dealt with before. Something wasn't quite right here, but he couldn't figure out what. "I see..." he muttered. "And with no information to go on, there's no way of telling where he took them, or how to get them back. We'll have to wait until Megumi's squad returns, see if they can discover anything we can go off of. Until then... I'm afraid there isn't much we can do. If ransom is what this guy was after, we'll hear from him again eventually. But, if it was some other reason... then there is no telling what will happen."

	Strolling up to the administrative building, Maya suddenly became energized something that always happened to her before she came into the presence of the Mizukage. She had always thought of the Mizukage as forbidden fruit due to all of the older and mature women after his heart but, times have changed and she was now grown and could be easily listed as one of the mature women after his heart. Maya slowly but confidently poped open the door peering in looking for the past Mizukage who had always been able to give her a scare.

Kenji Hirohata	The next day, after Taiga had left and given him all the information that he could about the attack, Kenji sat in his office going over several files, though his mind was elsewhere, on the kidnapping of his two students. Megumi and her squad had not been able to pick up a fresh enough trail to track down the old man that took the genin, which meant they had no way of locating them, unless of course the old man contacted them for a ransom. Somehow, though, he didn't think that was why they were taken. It had to be some other reason... but what? He thought about sending word to the other villages to be on the lookout for a man fitting the description, but it had been so long since Kiri had contacted anyone outside Water Country, that he wasn't sure if that would be a good idea. As for right now, however, he had to continue working as the Mizukage, and running things as best as he could. Megumi's squad was still out there, on a second search. They were looking farther out this time. Maybe they would find something... if not, he wasn't sure if they would ever get those two back. --- Down in the reception area, Maya wouldn't find Megumi anywhere, since she was off on a mission. She would be greeted by the secretary, though. "Hello there, what can I do for you?" the secretary asked, seeing the woman poking her head inside the door.

	A gigle broke across her lips after picturing what she looked like from the eyes of the receptionist. I probably look so stupid, after seeing Megumi was no were in site. Maya brushed her clothes off walking into the reception area of the administration office looking to the lady" Might I have a word with the Mizukage but if somethings come up my hearing with the Mizukage can wait for another time"? I hope hes free.

"Well, normally you would have to wait and fill out a request for a meeting," the receptionist said, looking over her scheduling book. "But, as it turns out, the Mizukage is free right now. First time in a while, too; he's been quite busy this week. Looks like you lucked out. Go on up and see him if you like, I'll inform him that you're on your way."

The walk over to his door seemed very nostalgic, Maya had thought of the first time she was on her way to enter the Mizukage's office and how excited she was but, her thoughts quickly became gloomy when she remembered how shy she became once she was in his presence. She gave a shook of the head dismissing her dark thoughts realizing she was right in front of the door to his office . Ok time to go. Maya opened the door immediately looking into his eyes with the biggest smile carving across her lips." Um..Hi lord Mizukage".

Kenji Hirohata	Kenji glanced up from his work when the door to his office opened. So, this was the woman that wanted to meet with him. He recognized her as a jounin instructor in Kiri's shinobi ranks. They'd met a couple of times before, though never longer than a few minutes. Her name... was Maya, he thought. At least, that's what he was recalling, he could be way off. he had never been very good with names. "Hello," he said, greeting her. He waved a hand, motioning for her to come farther inside and have a seat. "It's Maya, right? What can I do for you?"

	Maya bowed walking over to take her seat looking down and moving a bit to find the room to cross one leg ontop of the other. Maya looked up to Kenji slowly biting down on her lip beginning to twirl a finger in her hair. She hand't thought this far, with nothing to talk about she sorta froze in her seat even ending her thoughts in her head but still seemed to have full control of her eyes softly looking to his face.

Kenji Hirohata	Kenji watched the woman walk over to the seat in front of the desk and sit down, waiting for her to speak up and say why she had come to see him. When she didn't, merely sitting there silently and look rather nervous, he blinked and leaned forward a little across his desk. "Um.. you did have a reason for coming to see me, didn't you?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Or did you just want to sit there and look me?"

In her mind, Maya self destructed, she only wanted to see if he ever wanted to go out with her but ended up asking him to place a heavy responsibly upon her young shoulders this might be the first time ever she wanted to kill her self.

Kenji Hirohata	Kenji tapped his fingers on the desk, taking in a deep breath at the request. He couldn't say this was a normal request he got everyday, mostly because the shinobi representative on the council was handpicked; one did not fill out an application for it. There were, unfortunately, a lot of problems with the request as it were, and he felt like he needed to explain to her about the situation, in any case. Finally, he sat up straighter and folded his hands. "While I admire your determination in this area, I'm afraid that you are... quite a bit too young for the position. No offense, of course, it's just that the shinobi council representative is chosen for their years of experience. I think there might actually be a set age requirement, but don't quote me on that. Secondly, the council chooses the shinobi representative, not the Mizukage. I wouldn't be the one to talk to about it. And thirdly, there is currently already a shinobi representative on the council, who maintains the position until choosing to retire, in which case a new person is selected to fill the position." Kenji scratched his chin and shrugged a little, giving her at least a friendly smile. "I wish there was more I could do to help you, but I'm afraid it's outside my power."

Kenji Hirohata	At first, Kenji wasn't certain if he heard her correctly. It took a few moments to process, mostly because this wasn't exactly something that happened to him everyday. "Uh... something to eat?" he said, blinking at her. Was she asking him out on a date? And completely out of the blue... well, he couldn't say he wouldn't like to go out on a date. She was a rather attractive woman, and she seemed nice. Granted, Megumi would give him a hard time about it if and when she found out about it, such the loving sister she was. But it wasn't like he couldn't go out on a date if he wanted to. So, it all came down to... did he want to? "Well, uh... sure, I suppose, if you want. I wouldn't mind going out to eat... or something."

	Maya jumped out of her chair in excitement placing a hand over her mouth to try and calm her self down." I'm sorry I just get really excited about um well going on dates". Kenji Hirohata	Kenji couldn't help but chuckle lightly at Maya's reaction. Apparently, she had been quite excited to have him accept her date invitation. There was no telling how hopeful she'd been that he would say yes. Then again, he found it hard to believe someone could be that excited to go out on a date with him... it wasn't like he was a celebrity, was he? Well, perhaps he was, in the eyes of young women like Maya. For all he knew, this was a dream come true for her. "Certainly, the noodle shop sounds wonderful," he said.

	"Well then Kenji um I mean lord Mizukage lets get going. Maya walked over to a side of Kenji's seat waiting for him to take her arm, something she always wanted to do with a guy but never got the chance to ,seeing Kenji was the only guy she was interested in and she was not of age yet. I wonder what the out of office Kenji is like, well I'm soon to find out.

Kenji Hirohata	"Please, Kenji's fine," he said, giving her a smile. If they were going to be going out on a date, he didn't want things to be so formal between them, after all. He stood up from his desk, as she walked over to him and held her arm out. He raised an eyebrow for a moment; he hadn't expected her to want to hold arms together so soon, but then he hadn't expected her to ask him out, either. So, he went with it and linked arms with her. "Alright then, Maya, lead the way."

Hiretsuna Nōmin	Hiretsuna walked with Akio as they made there way to the Mizukage's Administration Building. The village seemed rather peaceful today, as far as Hiretsuna could tell. The whole trip neither one said a word. Hiretsuna wasn't too eagar to recieve a new teacher but she understood it was for the best, appearently. Akio however was silent for different reasons. "Something doesnt't seem right", he thought in his head. But he wasn't too sure on what was wrong exactley. He was just going to keep his suspicions to himself, but his guard was up. They arrived at the Administration Building and they made their way in. The receptionist noticed them coming in and greeted them. "Good Afternoon, Sir. May I help yo--", she stopped when she took a closer look as to who had arrived exactley. She was surprsied to see that it was Akio, considering it was almost the 2-year anniversary of his wife's death. "Oh! Akio, it's a surprise seeing you here today. I had heard that you took sometime off." Akio approached the desk as Hiiretsuna took a seat. "Good Afternoon, Mio", he responded. "And you heard correct. I did in fact take some time off, but it's not why you'd think", Akio was aware as to why she was so surprised. "I took a break to take care of something that needed to be taken care of", he said as looked back at Hiretsuna who was applying her tape on her arms. "Oh I see, well as long as everythings alright", the receptionist said concernedly. She didn't want to offend Akio by saying anything uncomfortable. "Actually, I was wondering if the Mizukage was in today." Akio said, changing the conversation to reduce the akwardness of the situation. "Ah I'm sorry, Akio, but Lord Mizukage's been gone all day." "Oh, is everything alright?", Akio asked. Maybe it wasn't just a hunch he had after all. The receptionist giggled. Akio seemed confused. Blushing, she leaned over to Akio with one of her hands covering the side of her mouth, much like a school child would do to tell a secret, "Actually, I think he's on a date." She giggled again. Akio was silent. A date? He scratched his head, "I see, well then um.. when he returns tell him I wish to speak to him please." Still giggling, the Receptionist replied, "No problem, Akio, comeback later or sometime tommorrow. He should be in by then." Akio turned around and headed toward Hiretsuna, who hadn't said a word the whole time she was here. "What happend? Are we going to see him?", Hiretsuna asked her Sensei as he walked over to her. "C'mon Hire, lets go get something to eat", Akio said with a smile. He might as well enjoy his time with Hiretsuna now. Hiretsuna left with him. Even though she didn't know what just happend, she didn't care. All she cared about was the fact that she got to stay with her Sensei for at least one more day.		Akio Kenshin
